STEEL GAINES is far from a novel workout experience, it taps into a primal instinct in us all that's inherently fun. Steel clubs, maces and kettlebells are used for creative expression, to build core, rotational strength and grip strength. As you master these exercises, you can begin to transition from one to the next seamlessly, creating what’s known as a flow. With this flow, you will work your whole body in the process, leaving the studio feeling like a warrior.



FLOW GAINES is a alignment-based, all-levels yoga and mindfulness class that synchronizes breath, mind, and movement. Mindfulness meditation and yoga can improve health, heightening the relaxation state and the parasympathetic response.



STRENGTH GAINES is Strength and conditioning training that involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility, and performance.


The rush and drive is addictive with HIIT Gaines. It’s a fast-paced, high-intensity workout that will ask you to give it your all. But put in the work and you’ll see your endurance reach new heights. Be quick on your feet, you’ll move speedily from bodyweight exercises to equipment or loaded movements. Even after the class, your metabolic boost will be running high. This means the calorie burn continues even after you’ve stopped the workout.
