Pricing & Discounts

  • $200/week Standard Rate (After June 1)

  • $140 for the 4-day week: June 29 - July 3

  • Payments are non-refundable

  • All campers must bring their own nut-free lunch and water bottle daily

What is Strength & Stillness Reset?

This is more than a workout.

Strength & Stillness Reset is a men’s wellness experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, clear your mind, and build real community.

Too often, men are expected to carry stress, pressure, and responsibility without space to reset. This morning is about changing that.

At Wellness Gaines, we’re creating a space where you can show up, move with intention, and leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more grounded. What to Expect:

🔥 WORKOUT

Start the morning with a guided group workout designed to challenge you physically while building discipline and resilience.

🧘🏾‍♂️ RESTORE

Mobility, recovery work, and intentional breathwork to release tension and reset your body.

🤝🏾 CONNECT

Real conversations, real community. This is a space to build meaningful connections with other men focused on growth.

🥤 REFUEL

Light refreshments and time to recharge before heading back into your day.

Who This Is For:

  • Men looking to improve their physical + mental health

  • Those feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or needing a reset

  • Beginners to experienced — all levels welcome

  • Anyone ready to step into a stronger version of themselves
