Join us for The Power Is In Your Hands, a hands-on workshop led by Dr. Rosa Franklin in partnership with Wellness Gaines Fitness. This 90-minute interactive session explores the vital role of grip strength in overall health, performance, and longevity.
Dr. Franklin will guide participants through:
Grip strength evaluations and what your results reveal about your health
Functional training to build stronger hands, wrists, and forearms
Preventive habits to reduce strain, improve movement quality, and maintain mobility
Evidence-based insights on normative grip strength data and its clinical relevance as a “vital sign” of health
This workshop blends science and movement in an empowering, easy-to-understand format. Attendees will experience practical demos, guided exercises, and Wellness Gaines class techniques that support grip strength and everyday functionality.
