Step Gaines is our high-energy step aerobics class designed to boost cardiovascular health, improve coordination, and sculpt lean muscle. This fun, rhythm-based workout combines choreographed step sequences with light dumbbell training and bodyweight movements for a total-body experience. Perfect for all fitness levels, Step Gaines blends cardio and strength conditioning to enhance endurance, tone muscles, and burn calories — all set to empowering, upbeat music. Our instructors bring the energy and encouragement to keep you moving, smiling, and feeling the Gaines. 1. In-Person Registration: Members may also register for classes in person at the front desk. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the class start time to complete the registration process. 2. Class Availability Class Schedule: The class schedule is available on our website and mobile app. Please check regularly for any updates or changes. Limited Spots: Each class has a limited number of spots available to ensure quality instruction and a comfortable environment. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. 3. Cancellation Policy Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time to avoid penalties. Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel within 24 hours of the class start time or do not show up for a registered class, a late cancellation fee of $10 will be charged to your account. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us directly if you need to cancel due to an emergency. 4. Waitlist Joining the Waitlist: If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. You will be notified via email or SMS if a spot becomes available. Automatic Enrollment: If a spot opens up, you will be automatically enrolled in the class and notified. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration promptly. 5. Attendance Check-In: Please check in at the front desk upon arrival for your class. This helps us keep track of attendance and ensures a smooth class start. Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be allowed to join the class to avoid disruption. 6. Membership and Fees Membership Requirement: Some classes may be exclusive to certain membership levels. Please ensure your membership is current and appropriate for the class you wish to attend. Class Fees: Additional fees may apply for certain specialty classes. These fees will be clearly indicated during the registration process. 7. Health and Safety Fitness Level: Please choose classes appropriate for your fitness level. If you are unsure, consult with our instructors or staff. Medical Conditions: Inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the class to ensure your safety and well-being. 8.
