First Time Class

FREE FIRST CLASS (with valid ID)
At Wellness Gaines Fitness we offer a free first class for anyone with a valid ID at check-in. Please create an account in our system and book your session using the 'FIRSTCLASS' in the promo code at checkout. The link to register is www.wellnessgainesrenton.com/our-classes-1. Once completed, please take a minute to complete our online waiver here. This waiver must be complete prior to attending class. You’ll want to arrive 10 minutes before your first session to properly meet our staff and be set up for class. We are unable to accept late walk-ins.

Class Reservation Policy

At Wellness Gaines Fitness, we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience our group-fitness classes. One of our top priorities as your Fitness Instructors is to keep you committed to your goals and staying on track with your health and fitness.  To make sure we can accommodate everyone who wants to take classes, we are introducing our new group-fitness class reservation and cancellation policies for our clients/members and guests. 

GROUP-FITNESS CLASS RESERVATION POLICY
To keep with our philosophy and small group setting, we strongly recommend all Wellness Gaines Fitness clients/members and their guest to register in advance for any/all group-fitness classes as space is limited. Every routine is unique and tailored to fit your needs. The more we can plan, the more we can provide.

            Reservations are easy to make. You have five options:

            Important Reservation notes:

  • If you show up for class without a reservation, we cannot guarantee a place for you in the class. While we don't require that you make reservations for our classes, we encourage you to do so as we can NOT guarantee a spot in any class. Showing up without a reservation will NOT guarantee you a spot.

  • Arrival time is very important!

    • Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before the START of class. You are considered late if you arrive 1 minute AFTER the start of class and if there is a waitlist, you may lose your spot in class.

    • If this is your first time, you will be required to sign a waiver and that may take a few extra minutes; we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your first class. If you are late, it makes it very difficult for us to properly prepare you for your first class. Early arrival is very important.

No Show/Late Cancellation Policy

At Wellness Gaines Fitness, we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience our group-fitness classes. One of our top priorities as your Fitness Instructors is to keep you committed to your goals and staying on track with your health and fitness.  To make sure we can accommodate everyone who wants to take classes, we are introducing our new group-fitness class reservation and cancellation policies for our clients/members and guests. 

GROUP-FITNESS CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
Now you made a reservation for a class but something comes up and you can't make it. What should you do?

We get it, things come up, you don’t feel well, and your kids are sick; life happens. Cancel your reservation IMMEDIATELY by using our Glofox App and clicking on the SCHEDULE option to view and cancel the session you are booked for. This is the ONLY way to cancel a class.

We will no longer be accepting messages via Social Media, emails, phone/text.

If you need assistance on understanding HOW to cancel a class, please let us help and show you. We are here to help and want you to feel as comfortable with the app and the cancellation process.

Please cancel reservations up to two hours of a class's starting time so that someone else can experience the great workout you'll be missing. If you fail to cancel a reservation and/or don't make it to class, we will charge a $25 "no show/late cancellation" fee*. (If there should be a sudden emergency within the two hour window, please contact us directly.)

Important notes:

  • If you do not have a credit card on your account and/or if it is declined, your account will show a negative balance and you will be required to balance this out upon your next visit.

  • If you are ill and unable to attend your scheduled class, please let us know immediately to avoid the cancellation fee being charged. You will not be able to attend classes for 72-hours post notification/late-cancel.

  • Pay per session/Drop In/Group Packages (not unlimited) not cancelled before the 2-hour window or client no-show will result in a forfeit of the reserved class; losing the session/class.
