A Warm Namaste to Our New Yoga Instructors: Danielle Fraser and Sharon Chism!

As we stride into the new season, we are thrilled to extend a warm welcome to two incredible additions to our yoga family, Danielle Fraser and Sharon Chism! 🌟


Meet Danielle Fraser:

Danielle is more than an instructor; she is a beacon of commitment and passion in the world of yoga. With a 200-hour certification and over two decades of personal practice, Danielle brings a wealth of experience to her teaching. Her dedication to fostering connections and providing guidance to fellow yoga practitioners is evident in her one year of teaching experience.


Danielle's journey includes an impressive accomplishment: the completion of the Inclusive and Ethical Leadership Certificate at the University of South Florida in March 2022. This certificate underlines her commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone on their yoga journey. Danielle's passion for yoga and her inclusive leadership approach make her a valuable asset to our community.


Meet Sharon Chism:


Sharon is not just a yoga instructor; she is a seasoned community leader with a proven track record of creating inclusive spaces for movement and wellness. A Registered Yoga Teacher 200 Hour (RYT 200) from Soul Care School, Seattle, WA, Sharon's dedication to yoga goes beyond the mat.


Sharon's commitment to her own growth is evident in her continuous learning journey, including a 50 Hour Yin & Restorative Training from Soulful Flow Yoga, Seattle, WA, in January 2024. Her diverse experience also includes serving as the Seattle – Tacoma Ambassador for Black Girls RUN! since January 2015. Sharon's leadership extends beyond the yoga studio, and we are delighted to welcome her wealth of knowledge and community-building spirit.
