Wellness Gaines Fitness is turning 4 and we’d love to celebrate with YOU! 🎉 Join us for a special community celebration filled with movement, wellness, connection, and appreciation for everyone who has supported Wellness Gaines throughout the years. Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or are brand new to the community, this event is open to all fitness levels and designed to bring people together. This special anniversary event may include: • Community workout experiences • Recovery and wellness activities • Local vendors and community partners • Music and positive energy • Giveaways and raffles • Member appreciation moments • Photo opportunities and content creation • Special promotions and merchandise At Wellness Gaines, we believe wellness is about more than workouts, it’s about community, accountability, growth, and creating a space where people feel supported mentally, physically, and emotionally. Thank you for being part of our journey over the last four years. Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Registration: Registration is required for every Wellness Warfare Workout. Each session is limited to 12 participants and registration is first-come, first-served. Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and prepare for the workout. Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to participate. Cancellations: Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before class. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to the $10 fee under the Wellness Gaines cancellation policy. Waitlist: If a workout is full, participants may join the waitlist and will be notified if a space becomes available. Pricing: Eligible Wellness Gaines memberships include WWW. Non-members may register for $30 per workout. Finisher Challenge: Participants must complete all 8 Wellness Warfare Workouts between October 12–23 to earn the WWW Finisher T-shirt. Workout Expectations: Come prepared to work, encourage your crew and follow coaching instructions. WWW is designed to challenge your strength, conditioning, teamwork and mental toughness. Wear appropriate athletic clothing and shoes and bring any personal support/protective equipment you normally use during exercise.
